Overview

These terms govern your use of the QuranAsaan.com website and lesson services. By registering or using our service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

QuranAsaan provides live, one-to-one online Quran recitation lessons for children aged 5 to 12. Lessons are conducted via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or Google Meet according to your preference.

Free first lesson

Every new student is entitled to one free 30-minute lesson. No payment is required to register or to attend the free lesson. The free lesson is offered once per child.

Fees and payment

• 3 days a week plan: $45 per month
• 5 days a week plan: $65 per month

Fees are payable monthly in advance. Payment details will be shared when you confirm a plan after your free lesson. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month. We do not offer partial refunds for unused lessons within a paid month unless a lesson is cancelled by us.

If a teacher cancels a lesson, a make-up lesson will be arranged at no extra charge.

Conduct

We expect all students and parents to treat our teachers with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrolment without refund if behaviour is abusive or inappropriate.

Limitation of liability

QuranAsaan provides educational services in good faith. We are not liable for technical issues caused by third-party platforms (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, Google Meet) or by the student's internet connection.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
